Edinburgh, July 27. 1714 years. These do give notice to all concerned, that by an act of the last session of this current Parliament, there are certain duties imposed upon vellum, parchment and paper, as follows, viz. Upon every skin, or peice of vellum or parchment, or sheet or piece of paper, upon which any grant from Her Majesty, Her Heirs, &c.
