Offering a £50 reward for the recapture of Donelan, titular bishop of Clonfert, in addition to any sums offered under previous proclamations, together with rewards of £20 for the capture of two of the rioters on horseback or four of the rioters on foot involved in his rescue. Also offering a reward of £20 for the recapture of Morragh, a titular vicar-general, who escaped from a ship in Cork harbour while awaiting transportation.
