Adam's fig-leaf righteousness. The following composition took its rise from a serious consideration of one single expression, made use of in the pulpit of the outer kirk of Glasgow, by a young probationer, Mr James Galloway, when lecturing on the xxvth Psalm. The expression was, Adam's fig-leaf righteousness; from which expression this paraphrase has its title. By George Frazer.
