Memorial or Case on behalf of many orphans, widows, and other persons in low circumstances, who would be subjected to great distress, by having their small properties in the city of Edinburgh forced from them, for the sake, or on pretence, of improving the said city, ---- if the bill for that purpose, depending in Parliament, should pass into a law.
