For the several parishes undermentioned, viz, edmonton, tottenham, ensield, south-mims, and hadley. Notice is hereby given, that the subscription is now open, which was set on foot, in the year 1792, for raising a fund for paying jointly for substitutes, to be provided for such of the subscribers who might be ballotted to serve in the old militia.
