Michael and Winifred Bixler set the 14 point Monotype Perpetua at their shop in Skaneateles, New York. The paper is Zerkall. Greg Campbell and his crew bound the book at the Campbell-Logan Bindery in Minneapolis. Jerry Kelly did the calligraphy. The color plates were printed by Barnhart Press, Omaha. The cover is a pattern paper by John DePol ... 175 copies in the edition"--Colophon. The Cushing Library/Lowman/Bibliography & Book Arts copy is number 39. Includes index. Issued in cloth clam-shell box. Quarter-bound in black oasis goat skin with a DePol pattern paper over boards and a leather spine label.
