Originally issued with folded pedigree, which followed the Advertisement, pp.[9-10]; this pedigree was found to contain errors, and was corrected in some copies; Walpole apparently remained dissatisfied with it, and later removed it from the copies still on hand.
The Cushing Library/Rare Books copy is wanting the pedigree, contains the bookplate of Lady Trigge, and contains two inscriptions, one of which indicates that the book was a gift from His Royal Highness Prince Frederick William, the youngest brother of King George III.
