Preceding calendar are tables in black and red containing "Common notes for the year 1678"; dates of moveable feasts, dates of the four terms and their returns, length of the planetary hour, and dates of rising and setting of moon, accompanied by a small woodcut of the anatomical man.
Calendar, in black and red, with two pages for each month, noting Dominical Letters, positions of the planets, saints' days, and weather predictions.
Additional information includes tables of the locations of the moon at certain times; tide tables; locations of important cities and towns in England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales; astrological observations, illustrated with woodcut diagrams; and notes on bloodletting and "physicks."
Last p. contains a small advertisement for a fair in Bedford County, March 25-27, 1678.
