| Abstract: | This issue includes sixteen papers concerned with maintenance and preservation. Specific topics addressed in this issue include the following: ultra-thin overlay pavement preservation; micromilling and thin overlays; structural support inspection for overhead signs, traffic signals and high-mast lights; concrete bridge decks under different traffic loads; a resource allocation framework for retrofitting bridges; reinforced concrete bridge assessment; bridge joint performance; and high-friction surface treatments.
