Book signed by all 4 members of the quartet in their respective chapters. Volume is encased in an instrument case redesigned and configured to hold the book. Leather lined interior. Abstract expressionist art decorates the front of the case accredited to "Doctor Drip", an alter ego of Rick Tuttle. The Cushing Library/Area Studies/Africana copy contains the bookseller's description.
