Description
Abstract:This problem was suggested as a result of an inquiry made by Mr. Price D. Rose to Dr. G. D. Hallmark. The problem, as posed by Mr. Rose, concerned the design of an RC ladder network with charged capacitors feeding into a load which would produce at the terminals of the load a specified voltage and current waveforms and the related values of resistance, inductance and capacitance are analogous to oil field parameters. Nevertheless, the problems involved in the design of the electrical network required to produce the desired waveforms is an interesting one. This paper will attempt to demonstrate the proof of only one facet of this design problem.
