Blank form with certificate number and name of Anthony Dey, filled in with ink. Includes ms. signatures of "Trustees & Attorneys" George Curtis of New York and William H. Sumner of Boston, the other two officers of the Galveston Bay and Texas Land Company. Also ms. signature of W.H. Willson, secretary.
Engraved with a map of Texas Gulf Coast with shading of land grant to the three empresarios and the adjoining Austin's Colony.
