"Evangelium Nicodemi, Anglo-Saxonice" (caption title) has separate pagination; register is continuous. This edition is know to exist in at least two issues: in issue 1, the verso of title page has the imprimatur of Joh. Meare, Dec. 27, 1697; in issue 2 the verso of title page is blank. The Cushing Library/Rare Books copy is issue one. Engraved frontispiece, head-pieces and historiated initials.
