| Summary: | In this fairytale with characters as scary as the worst nightmare, we enter an unknown world. Mecanix tells the story of another world, where the last human beings are forced to be the slave of strange creatures that rule the world. But those beasts fear the embryo of the universe - the origin of everything, the only hope that the humans have to free themselves from this mechanic environment. This embryo is hidden in the last freeborn man. The scientist engaged by the beasts must vivisecte every human on the planet to stop this embryo from growing. This feature length experimental film is directed by Quebec artist Remy M. Larochelle, and incorporates animation and doom metal into a nightmarish universe.
