Description
Summary:Willowbrook State School was a state-supported institution for children with mental retardation that investigative journalist Geraldo Rivera famously criticized in the 1972 documentary film "Willowbrook : the last great disgrace". Twenty-five years later, Rivera look at the subsequent lives of several former patients at Willowbrook, including adults who suffered overcrowding, inadequate sanitation, and abuse of all kinds as children.
