Description
Summary:Dr. Lorne Korman talks with a woman who works as a cashier and often gets angry with her customers. Korman helps the woman recognize the sources of her anger and that she is actually suffering from her anger. He teaches her some behavioral strategies to help manage her anger, including changing her facial expression and body language and thinking gentle, kind thoughts. He does several role-playing exercises and asks the woman to keep a weekly diary card in which she records situations that make her angry, the intensity of her anger, her thoughts, the accuracy of her interpretation of the situation, what skills she used to manage the anger, and whether or not they helped.
