London Printed by A.M. and R.R. for E. Brewster, 1681; the latter with the imprint: Printed by T.J. for E. Brewster and T. Passenger, 1684. Both have been ascribed to Brewster. The Cushing Library/Rare Books copy contains a bookseller's description, which ascribes the work to John Shirley. |
