The binding is by the Fine Book Bindery. Copies 1-40 are bound as a Special Edition having a solander box containing a portfolio of several larger prints. Copies 41-150 are bound as a Regular Edition."--Colophon. The Cushing Library/Lowman/Book Design copy is unnumbered. Issued in box.
