Embossed with letters cut in a pop-up fashion on a continuous strip of paper, 372 x 56 cm., folded in half lengthwise to form a double strip, 372 x 28 cm., then folded accordion style and attached at its ends to inlaid wood boards. The whole is housed in a two-part cloth-covered box -- the book housed in a slipcase, stamped in gilt, which is inserted into an outer slipcase, covered in the same cloth.
