Summarizes and provides side-by-side comparison of provisions of House- and Senate-approved versions of H.R. 3221, the Federal Housing Finance Reform Act/Federal Housing Finance Regulatory Reform Act of 2008, to amend current law and to replace the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight with an independent agency that would serve as the single regulator for housing GSEs and Federal home loan banks.
