Legislation to Expedite the Construction of the World War II Memorial in the D.C.

Analyzes provisions of S. 580 and H.R. 1696, both require that the World War II memorial in D.C. be constructed expeditiously, and provides that certain actions taken with regard to the memorial are not subject to judicial review.
