Reviews Title III of S. 1948, the Intellectual Property and Communications Omnibus Reform Act of 1999, to prohibit unauthorized use of Internet domain names that are identical or confusingly similar to trademarks. Title III of S. 1948 is known as the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act.
