Medicare : Changes in HMO Premiums and Benefits.

Examines premiums charged to Medicare health maintenance organizations (HMO) beneficiaries and benefits covers by HMOs in Dec. 1997 and May 1998 to determine if there is evidence of change in benefits due to new payment mechanism following P.L. 105-33, the Balanced Budget Act of 1997.
