Identifies housing practices in which discrimination is prohibited, including disparate impact discrimination; describes the enforcement activities of the HUD Secretary, Attorney General, and private persons; and summarizes provisions of the Act pertaining to housing insurance, familial discrimination and housing for older persons, and discrimination based on handicap.
