Immigration : Temporary Admission of Nurses for Health Shortage Areas (P.L. 106-95).

Introduces P.L. 106-95, the Nursing Relief for Disadvantaged Areas Act of 1999, to allow for admission of 500 nonimmigrant nurses annually for 4 years to work in health professional shortage areas, providing short-term solution for nursing shortages in certain medically underserved areas.
