Summary:	Summarizes the provisions of the Sioux Nation Black Hills Act, introduced in the 100th Congress to reaffirm the boundaries of the Great Sioux Reservation by conveying Federal lands in the Black Hills, South Dakota, to the Sioux Indian Nation; to provide for the economic development, resource protection, and self-determination of the Sioux Nation; to remove barriers to the free exercise of traditional Indian religion in the Black Hills; to preserve the Black Hills from desecration; and to establish a wildlife sanctuary.
