Year 2000 Liability Legislation : A Legal Analysis.

Analyzes legal issues and establishes liability standards relating to possible Year 2000 (Y2K) claims. Reviews Congressional legislation and the Y2K Act, to establish a framework for Y2K claims in Federal and State courts and to limit monetary liability of private companies and Government entities.
