Reviews U.S. status as a signatory state to the Stockholm Convention on POPs, the Aarhus Protocol on POPs to the Geneva Convention on Long-Range Transboundary Air Pollution, and the Rotterdam Convention on the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for Certain Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides in International Trade.
