Twelve individual chapters, each summarizing congressional effort in a particular resource area, review the legislation enacted, legislative proposals, hearing highlights, recent reports and their recommendations, and summarize major issues; also contain annotated bibliographies of congressional and some non-congressional documents. Included is a list (p. 269-270) of energy-related legislation enacted and vetoed in the 93d Congress.
