Uniform Circular Zone System of Taxicab Fares, with Particular Reference to the District of Columbia.

Explains D.C. fixed zone system of computing taxicab fares. Reviews proposal to replace this system with a uniform circular zone system based on concentric circles that are centered on the trip origin point and are measured in one-mile intervals.
