Oil Import Taxes : Revenue and Economic Effects (Summary and Tables).

Summarizes estimates of the gains in Federal revenues from a $5 and a $10 per barrel tax on imported oil and petroleum products, 1986-90, under two price scenarios and two assumptions about the proportion of the tax to be passed through to buyers. Includes tables.
