Presents and analyzes major provisions of H.R. 2829, the Office of National Drug Control Policy Reauthorization Act of 2005, and H.R. 2565, the Clean Sport Act, both including provisions to authorize FY2006-FY2010 appropriations for and revise ONDCP programs for planning and coordinating Federal strategies against drug trafficking and abuse. Also describes major provisions of H.R. 2086 and S. 1860, both to authorize FY2004-FY2008 appropriations for and revise ONDCP programs.
