Letter from the Secretary of the Army transmitting a letter from the Chief of Engineers, Department of the Army, dated April 18, 1961, submitting a report, together with accompanying papers and illustrations, on an interim report on Wallisville Reservoir, Trinity River, Texas, requested by resolutions of the Committee on Rivers and Harbors, House of Representatives, and the Committee on Public Works, United States Senate, adopted March 31, 1944, February 28, 1945, and January 20, 1958, respectively. It is also in partial response to the River and Harbor Act approved July 3, 1958, which authorized a survey of Trinity River, Texas.
