Text this: Letter from Assistant Secretary of State relative to two recommendations adopted by the International Labor Conference at Geneva on June 26, 1956, as follows: (1) ILO recommendation (No. 101) concerning vocational training in agriculture and (2) recommendation (No. 102) concerning welfare facilities for workers, pursuant to article 19 of the constitution of the International Labor Organization.
