H.R. 6924, to amend the Agricultural Act of 1949 to authorize price supports to feed grain farmers who cut back production in order to eliminate surpluses. H.R. 7317, to empower USDA to prevent the spread of livestock and poultry diseases. H.R. 4938 and identical H.R. 6603, to amend the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938 to extend exemption from peanut acreage allotments for farmers planting peanuts for boiling.
