H.R. 4808 and similar H.R. 6272, H.R. 7168, H.R. 8674, and H.R. 8955, to authorize funds for the elimination of high speed rail route grade crossings between D.C. and NYC. H.R. 6785 and similar H.R. 6812, H.R. 7193, H.R. 7483, H.R. 8313, and H.R. 9014, to authorize funds to facilitate planning and coordination of a Lewis and Clark Trail Highway. Also, reviews administration of the Federal-Aid Highway Program and the Federal Highway Safety Program.
