H.R. 2193 and 10 similar bills, to permit documentation of following ships as U.S. vessels privileged to engage in coastwise trade: Eugene II; Northwind; Ocean Delight; Annie B.; Car-Lo; Marpole; and Cap'n Frank. H.R. 15714, identical H.R. 15950, similar H.R. 15580, and companion S. 3102, to delay the date by which the ship Delta Queen must comply with new safety regulations. H.R. 16127, to increase the maximum number of Coast Guard officers from 4,000 to 5,000.
