H.R. 10500 and companion S. 3636, to amend the Career Compensation Act of 1949 to authorize nuclear-powered submarine crew members to continue to receive the eligibility incentive pay during training and rehabilitation while not assigned aboard. H.R. 11787, to authorize a four year extension of flight instruction to members of the ROTC program. H.R. 12570, to amend the Career Compensation Act of 1949 by imposing certain limitations on the transportation of household items by air for a member of the Armed Forces. H.R. 12200, to authorize the reduction of enlisted grade due to court-martial sentences. H.R. 8212, to authorize National Guard officers on inactive duty to order National Guardsmen to active duty and to repeal the requirement that standby reserves must have a physical examination every four years. H.R. 12265, to authorize persons serving with, employed by, or accompanying the Armed Forces outside the U.S. to administer oaths and to act as notary publics. H.R. 3291, to authorize the change of the designation of the Distinguished Service Cross and the Soldiers Medal to the Air Force Cross and the Airman's Medal. H.R. 9702, to authorize requirement for General Accounting Office audit of accounts of deceased members of the uniformed services before payments can be made to survivors or legal representatives.
