H.R. 14875, to allow the armed services to receive deposits of savings from servicemen on duty outside the U.S. and its territories. H.R. 5297, to limit the revocation of retirement pay to reservists. H.R. 5293, to redefine dislocation allowance as an allowance for quarters on permanent change of status. H.R. 12616, to provide dislocation allowances to servicemen for travel performed under orders that are later cancelled, revoked, or modified. H.R. 2450, to provide that members of the armed forces be retired in the highest grade satisfactorily held in any armed force. H.J. Res. 421, to authorize ceremonies to be performed in conjunction with the raising and lowering of flags at the Washington Monument. H.R. 3313, to provide incentives to advanced degreed specialists to join the armed forces. H.R. 9916, to increase the number of appointees to the service academies. H.R. 5256, to authorize the crediting of Inactive Reserve Service in computation of retired pay for enlisted personnel. H.R. 15005, to bring officer promotion in the Air Force up to the same standards as officer promotion in the other services.
