S. 1882, to make tax deductible contributions to national political campaigns and to prohibit solicitation of contributions from Federal employees. S. 1883, S. 1890, to amend the Presidential Election Campaign Fund Act, 1966, by eliminating designation of contributions to political parties from income tax forms and providing for direct appropriations of funds by Congress, and to provide criminal penalties for misuse of funds.
