H.R. 8761 and related bills, to provide an increase in the retired pay of former Lighthouse Service members. H.R. 725, to clarify the responsibility for marking obstructions in navigable waters. H.R. 722, to amend provisions of existing law concerning the relationship of the Coast and Geodetic Survey to the Army and Navy so they will apply with similar effect to the Air Force. H.R. 956, to amend the inland, Great Lakes, and western rivers rules concerning sailing vessels and vessels under sixty-five feet in length. H.R. 5217 and H.R. 2137, to permit vessels Little Nancy and Janice Vee to be documented for use in U.S. fisheries and coastwise trade. H.R. 3351, to provide for the measurement of gross and net tonnages for vessels having two or more decks.
