Operation and Administration of the Cargo Preference Act : hearings before the United States House Committee on Merchant Marine and Fisheries, Eighty-Fourth Congress, second session, on Jan. 31, Feb. 1-3, 6-9, 15, 16, 1956.

Examines charges that cargo preference restrictions, requiring that at least 50 percent of all U.S. cargoes must be transported in U.S. flagships, have impeded surplus agricultural export programs.
