Withdrawal of certain public lands in Utah. Copy of the executive order of President Roosevelt dated February 6, 1934, withdrawing certain public lands from settlement, location, sale, or entry, and reserving the same for classification and use as grazing land, together with the opinion of the Solicitor of the Department of the Interior as to the legal authority to create grazing districts upon public lands by exercising the executive withdrawal power.
