Communication from the President of the United States transmitting for the consideration of Congress an estimate of appropriation for the Veterans' Administration, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1933, in the sum of $100,000, to enable the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to furnish, prior to July 15, 1932, railroad transportation, together with subsistence, to honorably discharged veterans of the World War temporarily quartered in the District of Columbia.
