Expenses of delegates to the International Institute of Agriculture. Communication from the President of the United States, transmitting, together with the accompanying letter from the Director of the Bureau of the Budget, a supplemental estimate of appropriation for the Department of State for the payment of the expenses of delegates to the general assembly of the International Institute of Agriculture to be held at Rome, Italy, and for the payment for additional quotas incident to the admission of Hawaii, the Philippines, Porto Rico, and the Virgin Islands to membership in the institute.
