Communication from the President of the United States transmitting estimates of appropriations submitted by the several Executive Departments and establishments, to pay claims for damages to privately owned property and damages by collision with naval vessels, in the sum of $12,136.42, which have been considered and adjusted under the provisions of the several acts relating thereto, and which require appropriations for their payments.
