Amending an act entitled "An act to establish a uniform system of bankruptcy throughout the United States," approved July 1, 1898, and Acts amendatory thereof and supplementary thereto; and to repeal subdivision B of section 64 and subdivision H of section 70 thereof and all acts and parts of Acts inconsistent therewith.
