Amendment to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Communication from the President of the United States transmitting a recommendation favorable to consideration of the legislation recommended by the Securities and Exchange Commission providing for an amendment to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 which would extend to investors in certain unregistered securities the protections now enjoyed by investors in securities which are registered by their issuers with that Commission.
