Communication from the President of the United States transmitting with a letter from the Director of the Bureau of the Budget, a draft of proposed legislation for the Department of Agriculture making available $100,000 of the appropriation of $3,500,000 for the eradication of the foot-and-mouth disease and other contagious or infectious diseases of animals, to enable the Department of Agriculture to control and eradicate the European fowl pest in the United States, to remain available until June 30, 1926.
