Text this: Killing of Italian subjects at Erwin, Miss. Message from the President of the United States, transmitting report of the Secretary of State in regard to the killing on July 11, 1901, by a mob at Erwin, Miss., of Giovanni and Vincenzo Serio, and the wounding of Salvatori Liberto, and recommending to Congress the that suitable provision be made for the heirs of the two Italian subjects killed, and for Salvatori Liberto.
